Kent started Ascend Systems after noticing the same thing over and over: good tradespeople losing work not because of their craft, but because nobody chased the lead that came in on a Tuesday afternoon while they were up a ladder.
He got into this through building marketing and automation systems for local trades businesses, and builders specifically stood out — bigger jobs, longer decision windows, and a much bigger cost every time a follow-up got missed. So he built the system he wished every builder already had: one that chases every enquiry the moment it lands, whether or not anyone's free to answer the phone.

Is the free trial actually free?
Yes. No setup fee and no management fee for the first month. The only cost is your own ad spend, which you pay directly to Google, not to us.
What happens after the trial ends?
We sit down, look at what actually happened, and talk about whether it's worth continuing and on what terms. Nothing continues automatically, and nothing's owed if you decide it's not for you.
How long until I see results?
Ads and follow-up are usually live within a few days. Since renovation and building jobs often take weeks to go from enquiry to signed contract, we'd expect to see real traction within your first month, not the first 48 hours.
What if I'm already getting enough work through referrals?
Then ads might not be the right starting point. We tailor the service we provide based on everything that you actually need. A lot of what we build, like instant follow-up and automatic reviews, helps just as much with leads you're already getting.
Do I need to already have a website?
No. The landing page we build becomes your main online presence for ads, whether or not you've got a separate site.
Who owns the ad accounts and the phone number?
You do, always. We're added as a manager to run things, but the accounts, the number, and every lead belong to your business.
What if I already use another CRM or booking system?
We can usually work alongside what you've already got, or migrate you over if it makes sense. Worth a quick chat to see what fits best.
Will I be dealing with a call centre or account manager?
No. You're dealing directly with the person who builds and runs your system, start to finish.
